Employees
Many employees need liquidity for life’s events (marriage, baby, house, diversification, startup business), but often don’t have enough for the traditional family office or institutional buyers to be interested. If we like the company, we will purchase shares no matter how big or small the opportunity.

Founders
Just because you want to take some off the table, doesn’t mean you don’t believe in the company. We often help founders who wish to sell their shares to exercise stock options to position themselves for long term capital gains treatment, pay a tax consequence, invest in another startup, or purchase a house.

Early Investors
Many investors often need to liquidate a position to make a big purchase, invest in another startup, get some cash for a capital call or diversify a portfolio. We’ve also worked with investors who invested in a startup who got acquired in an all stock transaction and want to take some chips off the table.
What we invest in…
Applied technology to fragmented or antiquated industries as well as technology enabled service based companies.
We are industry agnostic and focus on growth stage companies. Although there are always exceptions to the rule, we typically get involved with companies that are between their Series C & Series D institutional rounds.
